What are SIPPs?

A Self Invested Personal Pension is a pension that allows you to control how much you invest and where you invest it. You can invest it yourself or take advantage of our Investment Management Services. Invested funds grow free from UK tax and contributions may also receive tax relief. SIPP Providers

We work with a number of providers who offer a range of products from simple products, which are usually lower-cost products that only allow investment in stocks and shares, through to more complex, and therefore more expensive, products that allow for property or alternative investments in addition to stocks and shares.

Take Control
SIPP Providers
We offer investment management services or self-investment (i.e. stockbroking) services that allow you to take control of your pension plan, enabling it to be fit for your circumstances. You can select from our list of  SIPP providers that we work with regularly or select your own pension provider.

Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSASs)

A Small Self-Administered Scheme (SSAS) is a workplace pension scheme where the members are usually company directors. A SSAS has less than 12 members and these are normally trustees as well. The members and employer generally have more flexibility around, and more control over, the scheme's investments than with other occupational pension schemes. Redmayne Bentley offers stockbroking and investment management services for any SSAS provider registered on the AMPS website.

Once you have set up your SSAS, you can download the Pension Dealing Account Form or request one from
your usual executive or office. In addition to this form, we will also require certified copies of the most recent 'Trust Deed and Rules', plus any subsequent amendments, the pension scheme tax reference number (PSTR), the HMRC Approval Letter, a certified copy of a recent bank statement for the scheme, and the scheme's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).

Other Pension Schemes

If you have a QROPS, FURBS or any other pension scheme, you will need to complete our Pension Dealing Account Form or request one from your usual executive or office. We will require further information following receipt of the completed form.
