Investors in People

Redmayne Bentley's commitment to the development of our staff has been acknowledged with the re-accreditation of the Investors in People Standard.
Redmayne Bentley achieves Investors In People Re-accreditation
The Investors in People Standard represents a firm’s true commitment to its employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good systems and procedures for all staff in relation to their training and performance. Achieving the standard shows that a firm is operating at the very highest levels of people management practice and it recognises its commitment to developing its employees.

In May 2022, Redmayne Bentley was successful in again receiving re-accreditation, having first met the standard in 2005.

Commenting on the award, IIP practitioner Andrew Walsh said: I am delighted to confirm that following a rigorous assessment process, Redmayne Bentley has successfully been reaccredited under the Investors in People Standard. This demonstrates a strong commitment by the firm to its workforce through excellent leadership, training, recognition, and wellbeing. The award is particularly impressive considering the recent disruption from the Covid Pandemic which has caused so much uncertainty across industry."

Liz Dean, Director of HR, commented: "We are very proud to have achieved the Standard. Redmayne Bentley continues to demonstrate real commitment to the development of its employees, but we cannot become complacent. The recent success of retaining recognition underpins everything we do, and we will continuously work to improve and develop our people and practices in line with our Mission, Vision and Values".
