Colleagues at Redmayne Bentley in London hosted winners of the CISI Educational Trust Global Awards.
The students were given the opportunity to visit our offices in central London to learn more about our work and careers in investment management, stockbroking and financial planning.
The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), which funds the CISI Educational Trust, is a global charity and chartered professional body for those working in wealth management, operations, capital markets and financial planning.
CISI’s partner universities nominated undergraduate and postgraduate students from Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and India.
Micky Mahbubani, Assistant Performance and Risk Manager at Redmayne Bentley said: “It was a pleasure to welcome the Global Educational Trust Award winners to our firm, which has been offering investment expertise since 1875, and pass on our experience and knowledge of working in the investment management sector.

Aarathi Kannan Govindu, from Christ University, India, was the undergraduate winner and Viren Vishwanathan from ISBR Business School, Bangalore, was the overall postgraduate student winner.
The main winners received a cash prize of £4,000 each and the opportunity to travel to London, where they are visiting a number of organisations to gain experience of the sector, including the Bank of England.
