Mercia Asset Management invests £2m in software company Voxpopme

Asset manager Mercia Asset Management said it had completed a £2.0m direct investment into Birmingham-based software company Voxpopme.

The investment was part of a £7.5m syndicated funding round, which attracted two new investors into the business: Chicago-based Origin Ventures and NVM Private Equity.

Mercia's direct equity stake was now 23.7%.

At 9:28am: (LON:MERC) Mercia Technologies Plc share price was +0.5p at 31p
