FDM meets its expectations as revenue climbs 16% in Q1

IT services provider FDM Group said performance in the first quarter of the year was in line with management's expectations as total revenues rose 16%.

Total revenues for the quarter were 16% higher than the corresponding 2018 quarter, with mountie revenues up 18% year-on-year as more mounties were deployed.

Mounties - contractors and staff that provide the company's IT services - on client site stand at 3,848 for the quarter, up from 3,310 mounties deployed on client site a year earlier, the company said.

'The board is confident that the Group is well placed to achieve its expectations for the current year and continue to deliver long term, sustainable growth.'
