Cambria Africa says head of subsiduary Payserv Zimbabwe to leave

Cambria Africa said Sibert Dube had resigned as the head of its largest subsidiary, Payserv Zimbabwe.

Dube would be replaced on 7 June by Christian Herbert Beddies, who had been appointed as incoming chief executive of Payserv Zimbabwe.

The fully-owned unit owned several fintech subsidiaries in Zimbabwe, including Paynet, AutoPay and Tradanet.

Beddies currently worked for the International Monetary Fund, where he had spearhead its re-engagement process with Zimbabwe, Cambria Africa said.

At 12:52pm: (LON:CMB) Cambria Africa share price was +0.03p at 0.93p
