Director dealings: Inchcape director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Inchcape revealed on Friday that non-executive director Byron Grote had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed automotive distribution and retailer company, Grote, who was appointed to the board of Inchcape in January, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 660.0p each, for a total value of £66,000.

In October, Inchcape reported third-quarter revenues of £2.8bn, making for growth of 35%, with organic revenue growth at 10%. Looking ahead, Inchcape reiterated its 2023 guidance, unchanged from its first-half results in late July, based on prevailing market conditions, accelerated cost synergies, and contributions from acquisitions.

As of 1600 GMT, Inchcape shares were up 1.99% at 666.0p.
