UK Commercial Property REIT in talks with Picton on possible merger
(Sharecast News) - UK Commercial Property REIT on Wednesday said it was in talks with Picton Property Income Limited on a possible all-share merger.
UKCM said "there can be no certainty either that an offer will be made nor as to the terms of any such offer".
