Redmayne Bentley's commitment to the development of our staff has been acknowledged with the re-accreditation of the Investors in People Standard.
The Investors in People Standard represents a firm's true commitment to its employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good systems and procedures for all staff in relation to their training and performance. The effectiveness and performance management. Achieving the standard shows that a firm is operating at the very highest levels of people management practice and it recognises its commitment to developing its employees.
 
In April 2014, Redmayne Bentley was successful to receive re-accreditation, having met the standard since it first applied in 2005. The accreditation has been extended to 2018.

Commenting on the award, the Assessor at the time said: "It was a pleasure to have conducted and reaffirmed the firm's three year re-accreditation to the Investors in People Standard. To maintain as well as develop aspects of people management at a time of adapting to changes in legislation and regulation is not without its challenges. However, I am delighted that the firm continues to invest in its people aligning all potential areas for development within its core business planning processes."
