Director dealings: PCI Pal CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - PCI Pal revealed on Tuesday that chief executive James Barham had acquired 110,941 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed secure payment solutions provider. Barham, one of PCI Pal's founders, purchased the shares at an average price of 45.00p each, for a total value of £49,923.45.

Following the transaction, Barham now has a beneficial interest in 371,093 ordinary PCI Pal shares, representing 0.51% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1540 BST, PCI Pal shares were up 10.68% at 48.78p.
