Intercede scores $1.5m in contract wins and renewals

(Sharecast News) - Cybersecurity software specialist Intercede announced $1.5m in new contract wins and renewals during the first quarter of its financial year on Thursday, as it continued to build momentum following a strong 2025 financial year. The AIM-traded firm said the latest orders spanned both new licences and renewals for its MyID credential management software, including two deals with US federal government agencies worth a combined $0.6m, and a $0.4m top-up order from a major US defence and aerospace manufacturer.

Renewals included $0.2m from the same aerospace client and $0.2m from a US intelligence agency.

An additional $0.1m order for professional services was also secured to support a future deployment.

All of the orders were received via Intercede's partner network, and built on the company's growing presence in the US federal and defence supplier sectors.

The group said the new contracts reinforced its progress outlined in its 2025 preliminary results published last month.

"As mentioned in the preliminary results for 2025, the group has a strong, geo-diversified pipeline and we aim to convert and expand the pipeline during the year," said chief executive Klaas van der Leest.

"It is encouraging to see further traction in the US Federal and defence supplier market, underlying the resilience, relevance and strength of our offering."

At 1212 BST, shares in Intercede Group were up 0.09% at 187.67p.
