Zigup appoints Pearson's Rachel Coulson as new CFO

(Sharecast News) - Zigup, formerly Redde Northgate, said on Monday that it has appointed Rachel Coulson as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Philip Vincent, whose departure is planned for 28 March. Coulson is currently group deputy CFO at educational publisher Pearson, where she has held a number of senior finance roles in the UK and US since 2014.

Zigup said she has "significant" experience of digital transformation, including the evolution of the customer experience through the development and implementation of innovative technology strategies.

Prior to Pearson, Coulson was a senior finance executive at Vodafone having started her finance career at PWC.
