Director dealings: Big Yellow director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Big Yellow revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Michael O'Donnell had acquired 3,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed self-storage provider. O'Donnell, who joined the board of Big Yellow back in September 2021, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 945.47p each, for a total value of £28,363.99.

Following the transaction, O'Donnell holds 9,000 ordinary Big Yellow shares, representing 0.005% of the issued share capital of the company.

As of 1630 GMT, Big Yellow shares were up 0.53% at 955.0p.
