AURORA UK ALPHA PLC (the "Company")     TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES     Aurora UK Alpha plc announces that in accordance with the authority granted at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 11 June 2025, it purchased on 18 December 2025 20,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 270.98 pence per share. These shares will be held by the Company in treasury.   Following this transaction, the Company holds 4,538,824 Ordinary shares in treasury and has 114,572,742 Ordinary shares in issue, including those in treasury.
