German June retail sales up more than expected
(Sharecast News) - German retail sales increased more than expected in June, up 1% compared with the previous month, according to official data published on Wednesday.
The figure compared with forecasts of a 0.5% increase. On an annual basis, sales rose 4.9% in June compared with May's 2.6% revision.
