Revolution Beauty receives proposals from a 'number of parties'

(Sharecast News) - Personal care products company Revolution Beauty confirmed on Thursday that it has received proposals from "a number of parties" regarding its formal sale. Revolution Beauty said the board, together with its financial adviser, was currently evaluating the proposals, which may then result in further access to diligence materials being granted.

The London-listed firm stated that current discussions may be altered or terminated at any time and, accordingly, noted that there could be "no certainty that an offer will be made for the company".

Revolution added that it continues to have "positive engagement" with its shareholders and was making "encouraging progress" on its cost structure and go-to-market strategy.

As of 0755 BST, Revolution Beauty shares were untraded at 7.80p.
