FTSE 250 movers: Ferrexpo tanks; Ithaca rallies

Ferrexpo shares tanked on Thursday on a report that Ukrainian officials plans to nationalise the company's Poltava mining and processing plant amid allegations of illegal mining and fund misappropriation.

The move is part of ongoing investigations into Ferrexpo and main shareholder, Kostyantyn Zhevago.

Ithaca Energy rallied as it hailed a full-year performance at the top end of management guidance and strong fourth-quarter production.

Opioid addiction treatment maker Indivior tanked as it said it expects full-year revenue to decline 17%.

Wood Group surged after the company said on Thursday that it has been awarded a $120m contract extension by Shell UK to provide brownfield engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) to onshore and offshore assets across the UK.

In a separate release, Wood said chief financial officer Arvind Balan has resigned with immediate effect following an incorrect description of his professional qualifications in various statements in the public domain.
