Patrick Mahony, Chartered FCSI is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, The University of Cambridge and The Queen's University of Belfast, where he graduated with an MBA. He has been a practising stockbroker for over 35 years, both in The City of London and Belfast. He is a Chartered Fellow (by examination) of the Chartered Securities Institute.
Patrick is a lecturer at The Queen's University of Belfast, where he teaches a course on understanding the stock market, advanced stock market theory and Inheritance Tax planning.
Patrick services private clients and professional intermediaries (such as solicitors and accountants) primarily in Belfast South, West & North; he specialises in advising private clients on how to construct their stock market portfolios best to maximise the trade-off between risk and return. Patrick lives in South Belfast with his wife Karen, and has two daughters.
