Multiple Awards Success for Redmayne Bentley at IC/FT Event

Redmayne Bentley is celebrating exceptional success, having received multiple awards at the Investors’ Chronicle and Financial Times Celebration of Investment Awards, held in London at the end of November.

The awards recognise the best financial service providers, as voted for by Investors’ Chronicle and Financial Times readers.

The firm received the following awards:
The recognition of ‘Wealth Manager of the Year’ and ‘Stockbroker of the Year’ endorses the firm’s full service proposition of investment management and traditional stockbroking, along with the personal service offered to all.

The firm’s investment management service range from bespoke discretionary portfolio management - providing individually tailored portfolios for individuals, families, trusts and charities – through to a managed portfolio service (MPS), was also specifically commended at the prestigious PAM Awards.  In addition, for the second year running the firm’s investment management data transparency was recognised earlier in the year by ARC (Asset Risk Consultants) in their presentation to the firm of the ARC 3D Award.

Traditional stockbroking is where the firm started its business almost 150 years ago. This is also the fourth time that Redmayne Bentley has received the ‘Stockbroker of the Year’ accolade at the IC/FT annual event, taking this award home in 2011, 2014 and 2018.

The firm’s ISA product was recognised with the ‘Best Self-Select ISA’ having received ‘Best ISA Provider’ at the City of London Wealth Management Awards in March.

Redmayne Bentley also won the ‘Readers’ Choice Award 2022’ and was thereby named ‘Investor Champion of the Year’. This award was created to recognise the company that is going above and beyond to provide great service. Nominees were chosen by Investors’ Chronicle readers and private investors in recognition of the firm they felt had given them the best service this year. The final decision was made by judges, considering the funds, brokers, advisers and platforms who are making a positive impact on the industry.

Speaking after the awards ceremony, Joint Chief Executive David Loudon said:

“The expertise within the firm, coupled with the effort and commitment we put into building personal client relationships, is what we believe sets us apart from our competitors.

The recognition of these awards at this time of significant economic challenge is particularly pleasing, and we are well positioned to continue supporting optimal outcomes for clients.

Everything we do at Redmayne Bentley is based upon our traditional values of excellence, respect, integrity, responsibility and teamwork. This is what enables us to be as relevant now as we were nearly 150 years ago when our firm was established.”
