Redmayne Bentley welcomes Nemone Wynn-Evans to its Board as Non-Executive Director
Nemone Wynn-Evans has joined Redmayne Bentley’s Main Board as a Non-Executive Director (NED).
She has extensive Board experience gained in a number of financial services businesses, including at a boutique wealth manager and other sectors such as energy. Prior to becoming a NED, she had a career in equity capital markets and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
Her current roles include Board Chair at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and she is a NED at both Good Energy plc, which is listed on AIM and the Income and Growth VCT plc, listed on the main market. Previous experience includes the role of Midlands Regional Manager at the London Stock Exchange.
Nemone said: “I wanted to join Redmayne Bentley because of its strong focus on putting clients at the centre of everything it does, underpinned by traditional personal service values. I'm really enjoying starting to meet my wonderful, dedicated colleagues and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success.
“With such a long history going back 150 years, it's a great privilege to join the Main Board as we navigate the firm through its next chapter, offering an investment management and stockbroking service that's as valued by our clients today as it was when we were first founded in 1875.”
She joined the firm as chair of the Risk Oversight Committee and the Remuneration, Nominations and Governance Committee and as a member of the firm’s Audit Committee.
David Loudon, Chair of the Main Board at Redmayne Bentley said: “I am delighted Nemone has joined our team and she is already proving her worth. She has a depth of experience that will make her a strong addition to our Main Board and her insight and knowledge will help us to shape our future and growth plans.”
