Eligibility: Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Redmayne Bentley employees and representatives and their immediate families are not eligible.
Entry Period: Entries must be received between 08/09/2025 and 26/09/2025.

How to Enter:
**Physical entry: Complete the entry form and submit by handing to a Redmayne Bentley representative or post via the entry box located inside the Hoist Museum on 12th and 19th September 2025 between 11am and 3pm.
Online entry: Scan the QR code and complete the online form.
 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Only one entry per person is allowed.

*Prize Details: There is one prize. The prize is a £150 gift card for a Wellington Place venue of the winners choosing this will be limited to: Veeno, Waki Maki, Hoist, Pret A Manger, Good Luck Club, Sociable Folk, Mad Frans or Sainsbury’s. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries between 29th September and 3rd October 2025

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within thirty days of the draw to arrange the provision of the prize. The winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that details provided are accurate. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within thirty days of providing their postal address.

We will make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the promoter will provide the surname and county of a prize winner to anyone who requests this within sixty days after the closing date of the entry period. If a prize winner objects to their surname and/or county being made available, they should notify the promoter of this within five days of being notified as the winner. In such circumstances the promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), if requested.

Publicity: The prize winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity.

Data Protection: Personal data will be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and where you have indicated your consent to receiving marketing communications. Personal data supplied will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy (available at www.redmayne.co.uk/privacy).

General: Redmayne Bentley LLP reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
