Eurowag tumbles as TA Associates sells entire stake in placing

(Sharecast News) - Eurowag tumbled on Friday after TA Associates sold its remaining stake in the payments processor in a placing. TA Associates sold just over 88.5 million shares - a 12.7% interest - at £1.00 each.

Peel Hunt acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and WOOD & Company Financial Services as joint bookrunner.

Eurowag is not party to the placing and will not receive any proceeds.

At 0845 BST, the shares were down 7.7% at 101p.
