Director dealings: IQE director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - IQE revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Robert Dennehy had acquired 468,817 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed semiconductor wafers and materials solutions supplier. Dennehy, who was appointed to the board of IQE in July, purchased the shares at an average price of 39.15p each, for a total value of £183,541.85.

As of 1530 BST, IQE shares were down 4.03% at 38.10p.
