Director dealings: Oxford Biomedica chair ups stake

(Sharecast News) - The largest market purchase of shares in London on Thursday came from Oxford Biomedica's chair Roch Doliveux. who upped his stake in the cell and gene therapy company after a sharp drop in the stock over the year to date. Doliveux, has been at the helm of the board since 2020, bought 20,250 shares at a price of 505p each, spending a total of £102,262.50.

OXB's share price closed Wednesday's session at 481p, having lost over a quarter of its value since the start of 2026.

After the latest purchase, Oxford Biomedica said Doliveux owns 459,055 shares, equivalent to 0.379% of the company's issued share capital.
