Big Yellow sells Bracknell industrial estate for £6.3m

(Sharecast News) - Self storage firm Big Yellow announced on Wednesday that it had agreed to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire for £6.3m. Big Yellow said the sale follows on from the previously announced disposals of its industrial estates in Harrow and Staines.

Following completion of the sale, the FTSE 250-listed group highlighted that it will have received combined gross proceeds of £81m from the three disposals.

As of 1000 BST, Big Yellow shares were down 0.18% at 828.50p.
