Director dealings: Pershing Square director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Pershing Square revealed on Wednesday that independent director Julian Ide had acquired 7,677 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed financial services company. Ide, who was appointed to the board of Pershing Square in June, purchased the shares for his self invested pension plan at an average price of 3,909.84p each, for a total value of £300,158.42.

As of 1535 BST, Pershing Square shares were down 0.95% at 3,880.90p.
