MHA reports rise in full-year revenue, earnings
(Sharecast News) - MHA said on Tuesday that full-year revenue rose 12% to £251.3m, comprising 6.4% organic growth and 5.8% from acquisitions, while adjusted EBITDA increased 13% to £46.5m and adjusted profit before tax grew 11% to £39.2m.
Adjusted cash conversion improved to 115% from 89%, net cash rose to £25.4m and the professional services group proposed a 2.2p final dividend, taking the full-year payout to 5.2p per share.
Revenue increased across all four service lines, with audit and assurance accounting for around half of the total and fees from listed clients rising 16%.
MHA said trading had started positively in the new financial year, supported by resilient demand and its acquisitions in South-East Europe and the UAE, as it continued to target annual revenue of more than £500m over the medium term.
At 1156 BST, shares in MHA were down 1.43% at 138p.
