Director dealings: SysGroup executive chairman ups shareholding

(Sharecast News) - SysGroup revealed on Tuesday that executive chairman Heejae Chae had acquired 416,639 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed IT services provider. Chae, who was appointed to the board of SysGroup in 2018, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 24p each, for a total value of £99,993.36.

Following the transaction, Chae holds a beneficial interest in 11.02m ordinary SysGroup shares, representing approximately 13.17% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1525 BST, SysGroup shares were up 8.33% at 26p.
