Director dealings: Prudential chairman snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Prudential revealed on Friday that chairman Douglas Flint had acquired 12,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed insurance and asset management firm. Flint, who took over as chairman in May, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 985.58p each, for a total value of £118,269.60.

As of 1530 BST, Prudential shares were down 0.59% at 1,005.50p.
