80 Mile starts mobilising for new drilling season

(Sharecast News) - 80 Mile said on Monday that mobilisation had started for the 2026 drilling season at its Disko-Nuussuaq nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE project in West Greenland.

The AIM-traded explorer said its site-based exploration team had been established, with drill rigs and operational support staff scheduled to arrive before the end of the month.

80 Mile said the drilling programme had been expanded to 9,000 metres from 5,000 metres, with two diamond drill rigs to operate at Disko.

The project is being advanced with joint venture partner USFM Corporation, which is spending $30m for a 51% interest over three years.

At 1048 BST, shares in 80 Mile were up 6.44% at 0.93p.
