Director dealings: Cordiant Digital Infrastructure's Simon Pitcher snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Cordiant Digital Infrastructure revealed on Monday that non-executive director Simon Pitcher had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed investment company. Pitcher, who also serves as global head of direct private investments at J Rothschild Capital Management, purchased the shares at an average price of 109.97p each, for a total value of £10,996.89.

As of 1500 BST, Cordiant shares were up 3.31% at 113.12p.
