Director dealings: Essentra CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Essentra revealed on Wednesday that chief execuitve Scott Fawcett had acquired 17,483 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed hardware manufacturer. Fawcett, who was appointed to the board of Essentra in January 2023, purchased the shares at an average price of 85.61p each, for a total value of £14,966.32.

As of 1545 BST, Essentra shares were up 1.78% at 85.70p.
