Full Repayment of Outstanding External Debt

10 March 2026   CEPS PLC ("CEPS" or the "Company")     Full Repayment of Outstanding External Debt     CEPS is pleased to announce, in line with the Company's previously stated intention in the ICA Group Limited disposal circular, dated 12 February 2026, that it has repaid, in full, both the £2,950,000 loan provided by Chelverton Asset Management Limited and the £2,000,000 loan provided by a third party, together with all accrued interest (the "Repayments"), in total, £5,011,014, each in accordance with its terms.   The Repayments were funded from existing cash resources, following completion of the ICA Group Limited disposal. Following the Repayments, CEPS has no outstanding external debt.   Enquiries:
