Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain. 09 March 2026 Kropz Plc ("Kropz" or the "Company")   Drawdown on Bridge Loan Facilities   Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announced on 8 December 2025 that Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd ("Elandsfontein") and ARC Fund ("ARC") (together the "Parties") have agreed to a ZAR 250 million (approximately US$ 14.4 million) loan facility (the "Loan")   The third draw down on the Loan for an amount of ZAR 40 million has been made. ZAR 60 million remains available to draw down on the Loan.   As announced on 20 February 2025, following approval from the South African Reserve Bank ("Exchange Control Approval") under the South African Exchange Control Regulations, 1961 for the ARC conditional subscription , the Loan balance will be further reduced by approximately ZAR 20 million, resulting in approximately ZAR 40 million remaining to be drawn down on the Loan.   For further information visit www.kropz.com or contact:
