North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC ("NASCIT")   Transaction in Own Shares and TVR    The Company announces that on the 6 March 2026, it purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 352 pence per share. The settlement date is 10 March 2026   Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 10 March 2026 will consist of 129,425,000 Ordinary shares with voting rights.   The above figure of 129,425,000 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.   Enquiries: Ben Harber, Company Secretary benh@woodhamcorpservices.com
