2 January 2026 Plus500 Ltd. ("Plus500" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading platforms, announces that on 31 December 2025 it issued a total of 1,438,441 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, as follows:   ·    232,366 Ordinary Shares to certain persons (including PDMRs and/or PCAs as detailed below) to satisfy deferred payments due to them under the Company's 2025 bonus scheme.   ·    811,232 Ordinary Shares to PDMRs and/or their PCAs as detailed below to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2023 LTIP grant scheme and the satisfied component of the 2024 LTIP grant scheme.   ·    155,277 Ordinary Shares to PDMRs and/or their PCAs as detailed below to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2023, 2024 and 2025 RSU grant scheme. In addition, 239,566 Ordinary Shares were issued to non-PDMRs to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2023, 2024 and 2025 RSU grant schemes. Total Voting Rights Following the issue of the 1,438,441 Ordinary Shares on 31 December 2025 and following the repurchase of 7,646 Ordinary Shares on 31 December 2025, as of 31 December 2025, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue was 70,429,700 (excluding treasury shares) and the Company held 44,458,677 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as of 31 December 2025 was 70,429,700. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
