2nd January 2026 J D Wetherspoon plc ('Wetherspoon' or 'the Company')   Total Voting Rights   In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), Wetherspoon makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.   As at 2nd January 2026, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 111,730,115 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £0.02, each with voting rights.
