In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:   On 31 December 2025, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 137,999,873 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each, of that amount 9,756,364 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury, and 128,243,509 Ordinary Shares were in circulation.   Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 128,243,509 (the 'Figure').   The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
