Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that as at Wednesday 31 December 2025 its issued share capital consists of 271,233,024 ordinary shares of 1p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 44,931,205 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 226,301,819.

The above figure of 226,301,819 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
