  MONY Group PLC ("Company")   31 December 2025   Voting Rights and Capital   In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that as at 31 December 2025, its capital consists of 524,115,152 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence, each with voting rights.
