Voting Rights and Capital     In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules' ongoing disclosure requirements for issuers, The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') notifies the market of the following:   As of 31 December 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,011,113,555 ordinary shares of 25 pence each of which 11,266,245 are held in Treasury.
