31 December 2025   BEACON RISE HOLDINGS PLC ("Beacon Rise" or the "Company")   Directorate change Chief Financial Officer appointment to the Board   The board of directors of Beacon Rise Holdings Plc (the "Board") is pleased to announce that Mr Mark Tavener has been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with effect from 1 January 2026.
