Pembroke VCT plc (the "Company")   Total Voting Rights     In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: (i)      as at 31st December 2025, the Company's share capital consists of 272,885,612 B Ordinary shares with voting rights; and (ii)     the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 272,885,612.
