31 December 2025 Kavango Resources plc ("Kavango" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights The Company (LSE:KAV, VFEX:KAV.VX) announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), as at 16 December 2025 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 3,662,032,276, of which  370,573,735 Ordinary Shares are secondary listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 3,662,032,276. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the DTRs.
