  The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares and does not intend to hold any of the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury.   The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme as announced on 6 November 2025.   Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased Ordinary Shares, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue shall be 1,044,151,963 Ordinary Shares.
