Rothschild Services Limited, on behalf of Dame Hannah Rothschild, has notified us of a transaction involving the £1 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares").  Details of this transaction is set out in the below table and is disclosed by the Company in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
