24 December 2025 Foresight Solar Fund Limited (the "Company" or "Foresight Solar") Transaction in own shares The Company announces that on 24 December 2025 it purchased the following ordinary shares (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies").

  The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 4 May 2023. Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise of 609,958,720 ordinary shares.  The total voting rights figure 550,399,451 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
