24 December 2025   Carclo plc (the "Company")   Director/PDMR Shareholding   Notification and public disclosure of a transfer of vested LTIP Awards to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").   The Company announces that on 23 December 2025 the Carclo Employee Share Ownership Trust transferred 5,770 shares to a participant who is a PDMR pursuant to awards granted under the Carclo plc 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). These awards vested on 3 August 2025 in accordance with the applicable performance conditions. In line with participant instructions, the Trustee sold sufficient shares to cover associated PAYE and National Insurance liabilities arising on vesting and the balance of the shares were transferred to the participant.   Transfer of Vested of 2022 LTIP Awards
