The WRAP Retail Offer Shares were admitted to listing on the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange effective at 8.00 am today. The WRAP Retail Offer Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company with ISIN GB00BFFK8T45. Total Voting Rights Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 690,088,160 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.   Contacts:
