PRUDENTIAL PLC Transaction in own shares Prudential plc ("Prudential" or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Merrill Lynch International ("MLI") in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting under the arrangement entered into with MLI announced on 1 July 2025.

The Company intends to cancel the repurchased shares.
